Create the school
Name, tax ID and contact. At the end you pick the address, such as yourschool.edukei.com, and the school is live.

Build the first group
Day, time, tuition and the teacher. The class schedule is created with it, live room included.

Send the student the link
They enrol, accept the contract and pay on the same screen. You follow it all from the dashboard, without chasing anyone in private.
To take payments you need to connect your own Stripe or Asaas account — it takes a few minutes and can wait. The school works without it.

Before you ask
No. It does not expire. What it has is a size limit — up to 2 groups, one teacher and classes of up to an hour. For as long as your school fits inside that, you pay nothing and register no card.
No. Everything opens in the browser, live classes included. The student gets a link, comes in at your school’s address and that is it — on a computer or a phone.
Straight into your account. You connect your own Stripe or Asaas account and it is that account the student pays; Edukei charges for the platform plan separately and never holds your students’ tuition.
You can start alongside it: create the school, build one group and bring new students in first. There is no automatic import from another system today, so students already enrolled are moved across group by group.
You can. You create a CNAME record at your provider and students start coming in at an address of yours, such as portal.yourschool.com. The Edukei address is included in the plan; the terms for your own domain are inside the platform.
